This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, includign but not limited to, the implied warranties merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages.
