REPAIRS
In the event you find any failure in your equipment we recommend you contact our Technical Support Staff first. Many failures can be easily fixed without sending the equipment to the workbench.
In case it is needed to send in a equipment for repair, please contact our Technical Support Staff for a RA (Return Authorization) number. The equipment must be sent (paid freight) to our offices in Randolph NJ in a convenient package, including a note specifying contact information along with the RA number and the kind of failure that was detected in the equipment.
