In case it is needed to send in a equipment for repair, please contact our Technical Support Staff for a RA (Return Authorization) number. The equipment must be sent (paid freight) to our offices in Randolph NJ in a convenient package, including a note specifying contact information along with the RA number and the kind of failure that was detected in the equipment.
